 Cabin CounsellingI have spent many summers volunteering at River's Edge Camp as a cabin leader. This past year, I lead a group of junior high girls for the week. |  BakingOver the last few years, I discovered a love of baking, specifically when I am able to gift the baked goods to those around me. I frequently was able to bake cookies and scones to give to my classmates for the long days of production. |

 Konstanz-Friedrichshafen FerryIn 2012/2013, I spent eight months in Biblical studies in Germany. It was a privilege to immerse myself in another culture, as well as experience travelling by myself. |  BushwackersDuring the summer, I join my church's slow pitch team, the Bushwackers. It is an excellent way to spend the evening enjoying the long days of summer while remaining active. |
 Shrek MerchandiseWhile president of Theatre Society at RDC, I organized a charity fundraiser during the performance run of Shrek the Musical. We created buttons and postcards to sell and gave out "Freak Flags" for the audience to wave during one of the main songs, Freak Flag. All proceeds were donated to the Ronald McDonald House in Red Deer. |  Shrek MerchandiseAs the Theatre Society, we were able to raise over $800 during our fundraiser. We chose to donate the remaining portion to be able to give an even $1000 to the Ronald McDonald House. After presenting the cheque, we were informed that this money would be able to sponsor a family for one week at the Ronald McDonald House. |
 Summer WorkThe past three summers, I have worked at Willow Park Golf and Country Club on the maintenance crew. For three weeks, we plant thousands of flowers around the course, even if the flower beds are hard to reach. |  Everest Day CampI grew up volunteering at my church, especially in kids programming. Now that I have experience in staging, I am able to volunteer my time to decorate for day camps to create a fun atmosphere for the kids during the week. |
 SunrisesAs a morning person, I delight in seeing as many sunrises as possible. Early mornings at a golf course allowed for a large amount of sunrise photos to accumulate over the years. |  HikingEach summer, I have friends from out of town visit for a few weeks and we frequently try to go for day hikes. |
 Life-sized Dutch BlitzMy love of experimentation in art seemed to become common knowledge with friends and I was asked to create life-sized Dutch Blitz cards. I found success with cardboard as a stencil, spray paint, and plasticore sheets. |
